How to Setup on Site
- Ensure your existing line laser level is switched on and set to 'Pulse' or 'Receiver' mode (the beam will usually dim slightly).
- Press the power button on the UpgradeLaser receiver. Select your preferred volume for the audible alert.
- Attach the laser receiver clamp to your measuring staff or rod, and slot the receiver into the clamp.
- Move the receiver up and down the staff. The LED arrows will indicate which way to move.
- Stop when you see the central green LED illuminate and hear a continuous, solid beep-you have found level.

Brilliant laser detector for builders. I was struggling to see my green Huepar laser while laying a patio in the sun. Clipped this on my staff and picked up the beam instantly at 30 metres. The dual-sided LED is a lifesaver.
Just as good as the DEWALT one I lost, but half the price. The laser receiver clamp is solid, doesn't slip down the rod when you're trudging through mud. Highly recommend for groundworkers.
Used it for setting out suspended ceiling grids. The loud beep is great because sites are noisy, and you can clearly hear when you hit the level mark. Excellent construction laser detector.
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Detects my red pulsing laser perfectly outdoors. Dropped a star because the 9V battery compartment is a bit stiff to open, but otherwise a very solid piece of kit.
